Today Nemo made yet another trip to the fantastic Mall of America. He is becoming a wonderful little shopper. He sits in my purse but he really knows how to shop.

We saw a large (about foot long) "Nemo" from the Disney store. -But you know it was not the real Nemo. (The real Nemo is here with me!!!) Wrong size and he did not look good. He looked like he had some issues.

Friday

Tonight is Friday. It is a good TV night. :) [Navy] NCIS is on tonight followed by a new episode of Monk and Psych. The Monk episode was quite enjoyable though as always predictable. Wish he would have stayed blind longer or something better...

Nemo has not been in water as long as he has been with me. I'm pretty sure Becky didn't throw him in water either. Will he drown if he is thrown in water?

Nemo and I have decided that if we survive next year we are going to get Nemo a fishy friend. A orange clown fish that looks exactly like Nemo. Where do you find one? Hmm... I probably would end up hurting it, never having a pet and all...

This morning we finally mailed a postcard. Finding a stamp (a recent one) is extremely difficult in my house. Somewhere I have at least two sheets of stamps but I have no idea where they have disappeared to. There used to be some in my desk upstairs and with the collection of cards but we couldn't find any. Eventually we found some with the mail and paperwork.

Nemo decided he wanted to watch the postcard. (It was just sitting in the mailbox) But he watched it and waited for the mailman. He didn't show up quickly so we went inside for lunch...

Today we went to the Highland Park Tower (in St. Paul, old looking thing on the hill...) because they have had it open. (They open the lookout once a year) There is 150 steps you have to walk up to a lookout area. I carried Nemo all the way up and all the way back down so he could have the experience.

Berry Picking

Today we went to a berry picking place out in the middle of nowhere in the hot sun to pick blueberries and raspberries. I brought Nemo along but left him to set in the car and remain cool. The early morning was cool because of the clouds but they disappeared. -It became really hot!!!Ended up with a large bucket of blueberries, which I put in the box in hopes they would not get as squished and two boxes of raspberries (equals about 16 pints). Although, I consumed a large amount of berries while picking...

Currently, Nemo is watching "NCIS" on CBS. Although it is a repeat (I dislike this time of year), he is very entertained since is he behind...

We ate grilled cheese for dinner with fritos! Who wants some real dinner when you can pig out in front of the computer and television?

The season primere of Monk is on tonight but we already watched it. he he he... We already know what happens. The episode was available on the comcast box thing... (that I am not suppose to have, but do because the card doesn't work)
